The Hive Pro Wrestling Training Facility of Minnesota and Discover Pro Wrestling are forming a new tag team to help you start your dream of becoming a professional wrestler!

This is an introductory seminar designed to "show you the ropes" of the professional wrestling training required to become a professional wrestler. Lead by the legendary Kaitlin Diemond, you will learn:

- How to lock up

- How to run the ropes

- Basic cardio

- Basic stretching

- Basic psychology

You will be required to sign a waiver before attending the class.

Key Information:

- Enrollment is $60.00 + tax

- You need to be at Clyde Iron Works by 2:30pm to sign your waiver and prepare for class

- Class begins at 3:00pm sharp

- You need to wear clean tennis shoes

- You're encouraged to wear gym-style clothing (gym shorts, loose fitting workout clothing)
